Help & support

When reporting an issue, include your app version, level number and a short description. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents.

How to play

Find the object shown at the bottom of the screen. Drag to explore the scene and pinch to zoom. Hint reveals a clue; Show area highlights where to look.

Free levels and full game

The launch version offers five free levels. A single in-app purchase unlocks the remaining 45 levels. There is no subscription, advertising or charge for hints. The App Store shows the price in your local currency before you confirm.

Restore a purchase

Open the level selection and choose the full game option, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. An internet connection may be required.

Progress and sound

Progress is stored on your device. Removing the app may remove progress. Resetting all levels and stars in the menu clears progress after confirmation. Music volume and sound effects can be adjusted in the menu.

Apple handles App Store payments and refund requests. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page for help.

Data in the game

The game does not require an account and does not include advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Game progress, stars, language and sound preferences are saved locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your game progress.

App Store purchases

Apple processes purchases. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit to obtain product prices, verify purchase entitlements and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple processes purchase and account data under its own privacy policy.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and investigate the issue. We do not sell support messages or use them for advertising. You can contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirements.

Children

The game does not ask children to provide personal information. Purchases are handled by the App Store and may be subject to Apple’s parental controls.

This website

This support website does not include advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or a contact form. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.
